If you are a consumer purchasing from PowerPal.se, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days when purchasing at a distance. The withdrawal period generally begins when you, or a person you have designated, receives the product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform us that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

Suggested wording:
“I hereby notify you that I wish to exercise my right of withdrawal regarding order number [ORDER NUMBER].”
Please include order number, name, email address, products being returned and date of purchase.
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the product without undue delay.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the returned product reaches us safely.
When you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the applicable payment in accordance with applicable law. The refund normally includes the standard delivery cost paid for the original order. If you selected a more expensive delivery option than the standard delivery method we offer, the additional cost may not be refunded. Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Unless otherwise stated, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the product when exercising the right of withdrawal.
Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are displayed at checkout or in our Delivery Terms.
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products or circumstances where an exception under applicable law applies. If an exception applies to a particular product, this will be communicated before purchase where required.
If a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the purchase agreement, you may have the right to make a complaint under applicable Swedish consumer law.
